It is the Tuesday after the Labour Day weekend and most of us are hungover from a weekend of boozin’. So I will keep this short and sweet today with just the essentials.
The final round of the DMCC West Championship took place this past weekend in Penticton. While we will have full coverage of the weekend’s events over the span of the upcoming week, what we can tell you is that John Shildwatcher took 1st place while the hometown boys from Drift union, Shawn Browne and Steve Thompson, finished in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Shawn Hawley pulled out 4th place to finish the day off.

Out east the DMCC East vs XDC event took place, and while most of the info on the event in french thankfully Jarod DeAnda was giving updates on Facebook and he relayed this information:

2nd – Marc Landreville
3rd – Nate Hamilton

For all you Tanner Foust haters out there, he is still making a name for himself on the RallyCross scene over in Europe. Tanner finished 3rd at the event in Poland this past weekend and now occupies the 3rd overall spot in the season standings with just a couple of events left.

This upcoming weekend Formula 1 is in Italy at Monza and Ken Block is in Australia for the next round of the WRC tour.

The Indy cars took to the streets of Baltimore this weekend and this is how trhings shaped up:
1st – Will Power
2nd – Oriol Servia
3rd – Tony Kanaan
Now the teams will pack up the gear and ship/fly/swim it over to Japan for the final time. Twin Ring Motegi was to host the race on the oval but because of the earthquake back in the spring the race has been moved to the road course that usually sees action form the MotoGP maniacs.
