Formula D is a spectacle, I believe it is something that every drift fan should attend at least once. The smell of tire smoke and the rumble of the engines is something that cannot be explained in a picture or a video, but that won’t stop me from trying.
Can people be mad at Forsberg for having a v8? He has had one for so long and it is still a Nissan engine at heart. Regardless of your answer, he is truly amazing to watch.
Team Falken it is so huge and well rounded and it is no wonder they have such a strong showing each round. Tyler McQuarrie was consistent all day; he beat out the younger, more northernly located driver Alex Lee. However, he was eventually eliminated by Need for Speed’s Fredric Aasbo.
We all know how Dai’s day ended, so I will skip that and just say this car is perfect.
I was showing someone pictures from my trip, this person was not familiar with drifting. I was using pictures to explain it, and when I came across Matt Powers’ in action they ceased to be interested in drifting. The person became more interested with his name. I guess if you think of it, he has a pretty cool name.
If you’ve ever talked to me, or read any of my other posts, you know that I am a Vaughn Gittin Jr. fan. This man made me rethink Mustangs all together and has had a pretty infamous history with S chassis’.
Rolland Gallagher just doing his thing in the banks.
Walker Wilkerson is one of the few people who still manages to be competitive with an SR20 and that makes me smile.
Finally, I think I refuse to make a post without having Alex Lee be in it. What makes me really happy is that seems to be the norm for every other blog right now.
