One thing that I like about going new places is all the different cars you get to see. Our trip to Penticton was no exception, but even our rest stops yeilded some nice finds. Little fact about me is that I love food, not just any type of food but good food. If it wasn’t for cars, I would probably be writing about food righ now. However, If that was the case you wouldn’t be reading this. Anyway, I refused to leave Alberta without eating at Famoso Pizza. My craving for delicious Neapolitan Pizza took us to 4th street Southwest in Calgary. Amongst the delicious food we came across some delicious rides.
This little diddy was equipped with a roll cage and sounded pretty boss when rolling. Classic cars in a contemporary setting make me smile.
We actually parked right behind this exotic, which must have looked silly as we were towing a Miata. So picture an exotic parked on the street followed by a Miata strapped down to a trailer. To me it seems like the complete opposite of what you would expect.
After lunch we needed to pick up some supplies before meeting up with Drift Squad, so we headed out to the Cross Iron Mills shopping centre and we came across this civic. As you can see by the picture, Jason was pretty excited to snap off a few pics.
