We are in the first full week of May and the first part of it has brought crumby weather and RyanB’s wedding day. If any of you have followed the happenings on Facebook over the past week or so you would have seen a large portion of the DODOlogic staff made the trip to Vancouver for Ryan and Jodi’s wedding this past Friday. I wasn’t able to attend as my wife is ready to pop out child number two, so I spent the weekend on ‘baby watch’ while shenanigans took place on the left coast without me. I’m not bitter. Let’s get on with the Rundown….
Like I mentioned Ryan and Jodi got married and they are now partaking in their honeymoon so we probably won’t hear from him much for the next couple of weeks. From what I understand everything went off without a snag and everyone had a good time. The big question is – who is next?
——
The guys partook in Go-Karting and drinking for Ryan’s bachelor party on Wednesday. Gaelen from Big Boy Media also joined them for some indoor racing, apparently for a ‘Big Boy’ he can get that kart around the track pretty quick.

With all the mushy wedding and baby stuff behind us I will jump in to a quick rundown of what happened over the weekend and what is coming up…….

SuperGT ran the second Race of the season at Fuji Speedway on Friday. Here is what the podium looked like:

Round 2 of the Formula D season takes place this weekend at Road Atlanta. FD threw a bit of a curve ball the other day, perhaps suggesting that they may run the loop backwards this year, I guess we will see what happens. As always, we will be streaming the event right here at DODOlogic.ca.

The 2012 Global RallyCross Championship starts in a few weeks and Subaru has teamed up with Puma for the season. I guess Subaru finally gave up Mr. Block returning with DC Shoes money. Here is a video of the team launch with Dave Mirra, Bucky Lasek and Sverre Isaschen:
