Today I’m going to talk about a local car club based in Winnipeg. Top Tier Imports (TTI) is where I got my start and I consider it my second home. It all began on Sunday cruise night. My cousin and I stopped by a show and shine event, and a fellow Toyota Soarer driver and his friend were chatting with us. The origin of this club is simply a group of friends meeting on the top of a parkade last summer. Then over the winter it became more than that. The name — TTI — was fitting because it was mainly imports and we met on the top tier of the parkade.
Pretty sneaky, huh? Now during my time at the events I met the masterminds behind these meetings: Shaun, Travis and Anthony — who are all great guys and super friendly. That brings me to the goal of the club. These guys want to provide a common ground for any and all car lovers, and they do so very well.
TTI’s goal is to prove that not all young drivers are wreckless, which is a great positive message to send out. And with 700+ members, TTI is growing fast and with good reason. I hope for only the best for them. Keep up the great work!
