Server maintenance stopped Dave from doing the Monday Morning Rundown. However, I figure if I pretend to be an old guy and talk about the weather nobody will notice that it was me who wrote this morning’s Rundown. So, how about that weather, isn’t it something? Well enough with the babbling a-la- Dave style, let’s get to it.
First things first, Drift West Round 4 is this weekend at Castrol Speedway in Edmonton. As usual our very own Tony K. will be out there snapping photos and loving life.

Usually that would be it for drifting in the prairies but instead some of our friends from Saskatoon are planning a drift event in Regina at Kings Park Speedway. It looks like it will be happening on October 6th, if you would like more details check out the event page -> Year End Drift Sask Bash

Our very own Devan Francis got back on the horse this weekend, by that I mean he started filming again. After taking the summer off, he is back on the West Coast. Most of the details of this project remain a mystery but it seems promising.

Meanwhile in Japan, this Honda Jazz was built by a Walker Wilkerson super fan. This Honda borrowed Walker’s Formula D livery from his S-Chassis. I am sure there is a joke that could be made, but to be honest I am not even mad… I am actually impressed.

In other news, I have been working on a video from Evergreen Drift. The Sunday after I visited Formula D, there was another drift event at the track. The likes of Drift Union, Drift Safari, Alex Lee and Hotboyz drift all took to the track. It looked like the event was held by CP rail because it was Canadian Drift trains for days. Anyway, we will share this video once our facebook page makes it to 1800 likes.

Our dear friend, Chris Gonzales had a tough go in Ohio this weekend after his V8 decided to take a dirt nap. If I know one thing about Chris it is that he is relentless – so onward and upward.
