Feature: Keep it off the streets

Posted on June 21, 2012June 21, 2012

Street racing is frowned upon as we all know, but up here is Saskatoon they have made an outlet for those who feel the need to go as fast as possible in a straight line. Street legals is a class anyone can enter and race, cars, bikes and even trucks can enter as long as you pass tech you can race.

The pits are filled with an abundance of automobiles.
I go out as much as I can, it’s fun to see street cars from around town putting down decent times on the track.
SIR also has a lot of other events such as jet cars, alcohol cars, and test and tunes. I’ve see the jet cars in the past and holy man did they give off heat, especially when you are sitting in the bleachers.
The burn out box is always a sight.

This is the schedule for the rest of the season.

Fri, July 13 5:30PM 6pm to dusk
Fri, July 27 5:30PM 6pm to dusk
