Just when you though Winter was going to pass us by for the most part this year, he showed back up and tried to make a statement. Fortunately it wasn’t what it was hyped up to be and looking at the forecast it looks like the snow that fell will be gone by the end of next week. I know it’s lame when I talk about the weather but it plays a pretty big part in my life so it is the first thing that comes to mind. So with the weather talk behind us I will shift gears to a pretty basic Rundown written completely in point form. My mind has been in a different place the last few days and I haven’t put much prep into today’s post. Let’s begin……
-Hardparker’s ball is over and we now look ahead to future events. We are now looking at possible dates and venues for Defrost. In the meantime we may have something else lined up in early April if you like to watch Formula D.

-Round 1 of the Formula D season is only 39 days away. The Streets of Long Beach is the first stop of the series.
-The owners of Irwindale Speedway have released a statement regarding all the false rumours circulating about the track. You can read that statement HERE.
-Yokohama and Maxxis look to be interested in returning to Formula D
-Pat Mordaunt, the guy many love to hate, looks to be driving the Apex’i SC430 this year.

-Ken Block won the his sixth 100 Acre Wood Rally this past weekend. Higgins Finished 2nd 29-seconds behind.
-Block will be in Leon/Guanajuato in a couple of weeks to run Round # of the World Rally Championship.
-Global RallyCross is fattening up its roster of full time drivers with confirmation of Marcus Gronholm and Toomas Heikkinen.
-The 2012 GRC Season starts on April 21st in Las Vegas.
