This weeks post is not so much a what but rather a who. The wheels today belong to non-other than Chris Gonzalez of Gonzo Drift. Chris started drifting on a more serious level about a year ago, and he has grown in leaps in bounds. When I first heard of him, I was impressed he was willing to travel 5 hours to drift. However, now those 5 hours seem like a cake walk in comparison to the 18 hours he will drive to compete in the U.S. I watched his S14 go from clean, to broken and finally drift machine.
Now Chris is the real deal, there is no mistaking his white and green V8 powered S14. With his color coordinated wheels, who makes a better candidate for this week’s wheel Wednesday?
I have nothing been but respect for Chris, he has fully committed to doing what he loves and that comes with a covered trailor a rig to tow it with.
I have no idea who took this picture but if you know please pass it on. The reason I don’t know is because it was taken south of the border. That’s right in case you haven’t heard, Chris’s hard work is starting to pay off. He chalked up a big win this past weekend and that is a huge step for both Chris and those green wheels .

Yes, I love Chris’ S14, saw it out at rivers, Sounds mean and he knows how to drive it. Congrats Chris on the win.
