I wanted to start everyone off with a little appetizer, while I continue to edit photos of the drifting at Pacific Grand Prix from last weekend. While attending a drift event, or any automotive event for that matter, you must always take a stroll through the parking lot. Usually fans of nice cars, generally have their own version of a nice car. So lets keep this simple. Here are a few that stood out for me.
We will start things off with this fantastic little Toyota Corolla Wagon.
This zebra trunk’d 240 was getting a break today.
This well used Subaru Legacy piloted by two car loving gals also caught my attention. I swear it was the car that I was checking out…
I would assume because everyone seemed to know each other. That a lot of the cars parked, would usually be on the track. This mix matched S13 coupe and the eye catching red S14 were also taking a rest.
The white on white was working well on this Subaru.
Last but certainly not least. An S14 240 with a Kouki front end.
Kouki S14s’ have always been one of my favorite cars on this planet. This trip to PGP had many S14′s in attendance and that reaffirmed my love. All in all, it was nice to see a plethora of cars in the parking lot, which means people are supporting their local drift scene. Which is always good to see!
– Stay tuned, More to come soon!
When did you go to pgp?! :s
I was in Seattle last week and just so happened it was the same weekend, so I went with my parents haha
