Probably a 13×12. Lots of these kickin around if you’ve got 3-5g.
i feel like a noob for asking.. but why are there what looks like 2 valve stem holes on those Enkeis?

The 2 valve stem holes are for in fact 2 valve stems, if i remember correctly, you can hook a tire pressure gauge up while you fill, as well as some vehicles have the stock tire pressure sensor they may want to keep when using different wheels.
The Enkei’s are Formula 1 Wheels. I can’t remember the exact specs, but they are around 13×15 and weigh about 11 pounds.
