Actually it was 2 members of DODOlogic. We headed to Calgary for their pro am competition. After 8 hours driving there, we had great nights sleep on DMCC’s Paul Harrison’s living room floor and couch. Shout out to Paul for all the help on this trip, couldn’t have done it without him. The next morning we arrived at Race City for day of laughter, broken dreams, wind and dust storms and of course, drifting. After qualifying I was 2nd out of 28 drivers, but in my first head to head, I dropped the ball hard and got eliminated. In better news though, congratulations to Jack Connely (hopefully spelt correctly) who drove the RB20 powered 240 convertible, for taking 1st place! He drove awesome. All in all it was a solid day of driving and it was great to meet several of the DMCC drivers and all the great people who make Alberta drifting what it is! We can’t wait to come back next year! Also a big thanks to Collin Reeves, who made this competition possible!
